So I was thinking about our upcoming camp season for the kids this year and how we could make everything more user friendly. I personally in the past have been a proponent of online registration but members of board always vote against me because they want a "true" signature on a piece of paper agreeing to the medical liability waiver and the camper conduct agreement.
So My new idea is a database that stores all our families information. They log in, update any changed info for their family, pick a session. At that point they are preregistered and can "print out" the paper application completely filled in for them and then just mail it in with their check to complete registration.
Is this an improvement, or just a complication since it doesn't actually register the kid?
