Did a Woman Use a $1 Million Dollar Bill in Wal-Mart?

I had this article forwarded to me from my father in law. I checked out Snopes' Search Engine looking for million and Wal in the same article. My search was to no avail.
If this is legit, There is no END to the STUPIDITY of people. I'm gonna keep searching!
