Have yet to find a philosophical somewhere I am content to call home. The closest I get to a creed these days is a quote by John Green. "Whether I believe in God isn’t really relevant. I do believe however tenuously in Mercy"
Due to a lot of personal reasons encountered along this journey, I have mostly stepped away from writing for now. Still, sometimes something stirs me and I need space to hash out my thoughts.
So welcome to my little space along the journey.

A Soapbox
My best bud Nate sent this to me via Email. I wanted to post it for all to see.

yeah, i saw this on someone else's blog today too - ha ha - so funny. my mom is the worst about forwarding stuff, even though i've already told her not to - she can't help herself. and i just received one the other day from a way long time ago co-worker, which stated this: "forward this message the same day you received it. it may sound ridiculous, but it is right on time. we believe that something is about to happen. angels exist, only sometimes they haven't got wings and we call them friends; you are one of them. something wonderful is about to happen to you and your friends. today at 6:33 p.m. somebody will address you and tell you something you have been waiting to hear. please do not break this chain. send it to at least 7 of your friends." EGADS!!!!! this has got to be the WORST forward i have received in my life.
um.... so i guess something wonderful did happen to me and my friends.... i DID NOT forward it to seven of my "friends". and seeing that you bloggers are my friends these days, aren't you SO glad i decided that this message should be placed in the trash bin rather than hitting forward?? crap, i broke the chain - is it seven years of bad luck now?? :)
